Technical Visits

In conjunction with the conference, delegates will be able to visit facilities operated by certain of our partner energy companies under the Technical Visits program. These visits, lasting from half a day to a full day, take place on Friday, September 17, 2010. Registered delegates must come to the Palais des congrès on Friday morning to board the bus that will take them to their destination. All visits are offered free-of-charge, with the exception of Circuit No. 5.

Given the limited number of seats for each visit, we request that any registered delegate wishing to withdraw from a technical visit notify site personnel. Our staff at the "Technical Visits" counter in Hall Jean-Paul Riopelle at the Palais des congrès will be happy to assist you.

If you are already registered as a delegate return to your registration using the link that you have received and add any tours you wish. If you have not yet registered please do so and all the information will appear on your registration form.

Cancellation Policy:
If we do not get the minimum number of participants, WEC Montreal 2010 reserves the right to cancel a visit. If we were to cancel the visit to James Bay, we will refund the total amount paid for the visit.
