Media accreditation

Media representatives – press, photo, Web, radio and television – must be duly accredited in order to cover WEC Montréal 2010.

For any media inquiries or for requests concerning public relations, please contact:

Chantal Dufresne
Head of Public Relations and Media Relations
Tel.: +1 514-397-1917
This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Media representatives wishing to obtain accreditation must submit a request by email to Chantal Dufresne at the above address. This email should contain the following information:  name, organization, phone, e-mail and organization website.  They will then receive a password to be used to access and fill out the online registration form.  Once WEC Montreal 2010 has confirmed their eligibility, they will receive a special confirmation code that will enable them to complete their registration online (available in French and English only).  Due to the high level of security at our event, the passport number is requested to complete the registration form. Once the form has been submitted, a confirmation of their registration will be sent.    Please note that this confirmation will be required at the Congress registration desk in Montreal together with press ID and passport. All media representatives must go to the Palais des congrès registration desk upon arrival, where they will be photographed and issued a Congress accreditation badge.
